Our story
I'm the baker behind Littlemoresalt, and a professional voice actor when I'm not covered in flour. I've been baking sourdough every day for over seven years.
Every loaf is shaped by hand in our little kitchen in Bangkok. I love sharing fresh bread with lovely people, and sharing what I've learned with home bakers on our YouTube channel.
